Ingredients
13.5 oz allergen-free chocolate chips
½ oz palm fruit oil (I love using Spectrum brand)
½ oz agave nectar
5 ¼ oz alternative milk (I use Rice Dream Original)
Instructions
1️⃣ Weigh Ingredients
Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl or container.
2️⃣ Melt & Stir
Heat in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring thoroughly after each round.
Repeat until the ganache is smooth, silky, and fully combined.
3️⃣ Store & Use
Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Refrigerated: Keep for up to 1 month—just warm it up slightly before using!
