  • Shake well and store in an airtight container.

Egg Replacements

🥄 Flax Egg (Best for quick breads, not great for cookies or cakes):

  • 1 tbsp milled flax + 3 tbsp water

  • Mix and let sit for 10 minutes until gel-like.

🥄 Best Egg Substitute for Cakes:

  • 1 tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar) = 1 egg
